PENNDOT PS3 V3.5.0.1 Program - March 15, 2004

• A problem, which could produce inflated moment rating factors for analysis runs using the total number of strands and the strand c.g. input method to enter the prestressing data, has been corrected.

• A correction has been made to check the AASHTO allowable compressive stress requirement only at the final state, when "Y" has been entered for the AASHTO fc field.

• A zero or blank is again allowed for DEBONDED LENGTH field enabling the program to compute the required debonded lengths for the input debonded pattern..

• When the composite neutral axis is located in the slab, the slab concrete below the neutral axis is considered cracked and therefore, is neglected in the composite section property calculations.

• Only licensed users of PS3 v3.5 will be able to download PS3 v3.5.0.1.
