GRPRO ‑ GRADE PROFILE
Purpose:
To compute vertical curve data and profile grade elevations for a vertical alignment in SI or US customary units. The program can also compute pavement widths and elevations including superelevation transitions.
Input:
PVI stations, elevations and vertical curve lengths; crown rate, pavement widths, widening and taper lengths; and superelevation rates and transition lengths.
Output:
For each station on the alignment, listed are the profile grade elevation, pavement width, edge of pavement elevation, and the superelevation rate. Also listed are percentage of the grade, turning point on each vertical curve and headlight sight distances.
